2.1 Booking Confirmation

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified during the booking process.

2.2 Payment Terms

• All payments must be made 100% in advance via Bank transfer, UPI, Debit, or Credit Cards.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 days and check-in time will receive a refund minus the cost of the first night.
• No Refund: No refunds for cancellations after check-in or for early check-outs.

2.4 Modification of Booking

• Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1 Check-In Time

• Check-in is available from 12 PM onwards.

3.2 Check-Out Time

• Check-out time is by 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain respectful and considerate behavior. Parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are not allowed.

4.2 Damage and Loss

• Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of property during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be billed accordingly.

4.3 Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.

5. Amenities and Services

5.1 Included Amenities

• The suite includes amenities such as high-speed WiFi, LED/LCD TV with HD satellite channels, air-conditioning, and more as detailed on several pages on our website.

5.2 Additional Services

• Some services, like air-conditioning, may incur additional charges. Details are provided at the time of booking and on the listing pages themselves.

6. Payments Policy

• All payments are required in advance. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfers, UPI, Debit, and Credit Cards. Any refunds will also be processed in the same manner.
